Setting Attributes for Multiple Reconciliations and Profiles

Service Administrators, Power Users, and Users with the Reconciliation and Profiles - Manage application role can update an attribute for one or more reconciliations or profiles.

To set attributes:

  1. Depending on the objects for which you want to set attributes, from Home, click Reconciliations or Profiles.

    The Reconciliations List or Profiles List is displayed.

  2. Select the reconciliations or profiles for which you want to set attributes. To select multiple rows, press the Ctrl key and then select the required rows.
  3. From Actions, select Set Attribute to display the Set Attribute dialog
  4. In Attribute, select the name of the attribute. In Value, select or enter the value that must be set for this attribute.
    Additional details must be provided for some attributes. Select or enter values for the properties displayed in the dialog.
  5. Click Set to display the Confirm Action dialog.
  6. Select Selected Profiles to apply the specified attribute values for the profiles that you selected. To apply the changes to all the profiles in the application, select All Profiles.
  7. Click Yes.

    The status of the update is displayed at the bottom of this dialog. Details include the number of objects updated and the number that errored.

  8. Click OK to return to the Set Attribute dialog, and then click Close.
