Types of Reconciliation Compliance Jobs

There are multiple types of Reconciliation Compliance jobs.

This table describes the jobs that can be run in Reconciliation Compliance and their frequency.

Open Reconciliations

Opens the reconciliations

Runs daily at the time set using Reconciliation Open Time, after a Create Reconciliations job, or On Demand (On the Services card, click the Actions menu for Open Reconciliations and select Run Now).

Note: Run Daily opens reconciliations in all periods. On Demand allows you to specify a specific period.

Creates the reconciliations

On Demand - when user creates reconciliations from profiles

Import Reports

Updates the standard reports

Once after new release, if reports are updated

Import Formats

Imports the standard formats

Runs once for initial application creation

Rerun Auto Reconciliation

Reruns the Auto Reconciliation

System Maintenance

Runs various background updates for the system such as synchronizing the user cache. System maintenance consists of two jobs sequences - Maintenance and System Maintenance (Non-blocking).

These are different from actions taken at the Cloud level called Daily Maintenance, such as backup snapshots.

Runs daily or On demand by a Service Administrator or user with Migrations - Administer application role.

Gather Metrics

Gathers the feature metrics that are stored in the Service Activity Report.

Runs daily, an hour before the scheduled Daily Maintenance (AMW).
