Steps to View Reconciliation Compliance Jobs

Users with the Jobs - View application role can see a list of jobs run by either the system or by users, including the job ID, type of job, file name, result, and information about the actions performed by the job.

Jobs created by the system include open reconciliations, email notifications, or system maintenance. User actions include, for example, open reconciliations for a given period or start period. However, users can only perform actions on jobs that were created by them. Users who have not been granted the Jobs - View role can only view details of jobs that they created.

To view Reconciliation Compliance jobs:

  1. From the Home page, select Applications, and then Jobs.
  2. Click the Reconciliation Compliance tab.

    You can search and filter on the list of displayed jobs.

The jobs history is kept for 30 days for system created jobs and 60 days for user created jobs.
