To access your reference files, download the ZIP file that contains available files. Some files are available at the root of the ZIP file while others are ZIP files within the main ZIP container. For these ZIP files, once the file downloads, extract the file, open the folder, and then open the release-specific HTML file.
NOTE: Any unzipped files may display errors when accessing files within the ZIP file.
