Project Cost ETL Prerequisites

Before activating the EBS_PROJECTS DA script application, the required Oracle E-Business Suite concurrent programs for cost distribution must be completed.

Typical programs include:

• PRC: Distribute Labor Costs

• PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs

Running these programs ensures that cost distribution data is available for extraction.

Important: If the cost distribution process is not executed before each incremental run, the Project Cost Line Fact and Project Expenditure Fact tables may become unsynchronized because newly created expenditure items will not yet have corresponding cost distribution records.
