Articles Authored

You can view a list of articles that an agent has authored in a time period, along with details about the article. This report opens when you click the link in the Articles Authored column in the Agent Activities report.

Article Authored Report Columns

Column	Description
Article ID	The article identifier.
Summary	The article title.
Article Version	The updated or new version of the article.
Published on	The date on which the article was published.
