Keyword Searches - Search String

You can see details for each phrase stem listed in the Keyword Searches report. This report opens when you click on the value in the Answers column.

This report shows the search string(s) and number of answers associated with the phrase stem. For example, for a phrase stem {install} {set up} {PRODUCT_ABC Mobile Phone Co}, a search string might be How do I set up my new phone, and the number of answers might be 10.

Keyword Searches Search String Report Columns

Column	Description
Search String	The search strings associated with the phrase stem. Note: A search string is a normalized question.
Search Count	The number of times users performed a search on the question (search string).
Answer	The total number of answers that were returned for this question (search string).
