Questions Details Report

You can view the actual text of the questions that a customer has asked. This report opens when you click the link in the Questions Asked column in the Customer Activities report.

Column	Description
Normalized Text	The keywords the customer used to ask the question. The keywords in parentheses ( ) are unknown words, and the keywords in curly brackets { } are words that are known to the dictionary.
Question Text	The actual text of the question that the customer asked.
Created	The date the customer asked the question.
