Overview of Add-Ons and Integrations

If your organization has purchased them, you can enable certain product add-ons and integrations.

You can enable these add-ons:

• Smart Interaction Hub (SIH)

• Live Experience (LX)

You also can integrate your Intelligent Advisor instance with a B2C Service site.

Note: The Agent Browser User Interface (BUI) integrates automatically with the majority of sites. For sites created with older versions of Configuration Assistant, you must enable it manually.
