Overview of the Service Console

The Service Console (also called the agent desktop) is where you work with B2C Service.

Whether you respond to incidents to answer customer questions, create and send mailings to contacts, or work opportunities and send quotes to customers, you can access everything you need from the Service Console. And while the interface is easy to navigate, we recommend that you take the time to learn about the key areas on the Service Console and how to perform some basic tasks.
