Download the External Suppression List

You can download your external suppression list and save it to a text file on your local workstation.

1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
2. Expand Outreach, and then double-click External Suppression List.
   The editor displays on the content pane.
3. Click Download List on the ribbon.
   A window opens where you can browse to the folder where you want to save the file.
4. Enter the file name in the File Name field or select an existing file to overwrite it.
5. Click Save.
   A confirmation message lets you know the download was successful and asks if you want to open the file.
6. Click Yes or No to close the download confirmation.
   If you click Yes, the file opens.
