Edit product visibility for staff members and customers
for multiple products simultaneously.
The following procedure describes working with products,
but the procedures to edit categories and dispositions are identical.
Simply replace product information with category or disposition information
where appropriate.
- In the Products column, press Ctrl while selecting each
product.
- Click Edit.
A multi-edit window opens.
- Select Visibility.
- To make the products visible to staff members working with
incidents, select the Administration check
box.
Regardless of interface or visibility settings, all service
products and categories are visible when adding or editing answers
on any interface.

To make the products visible to customers on the Customer Portal, select the
End-user check box.
The End-user check box is not available when editing the visibility of
dispositions.
- Click Save.
