Restore the Archived Version of the Rule Base

Follow this procedure to restore the archived version of the rule base.

  1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
  2. Expand Site Configuration, then double-click Rules.
  3. Select the rule type button for the rule base you want to restore.
    The incident rule base is selected by default.
  4. Click Restore.
    You are asked to confirm that you want to restore the archived rule base.
  5. Click OK to confirm the restoration of the archived rule base.
  6. Click Activate to activate the restored version of the rules base.
    Note: If you close this window without activating the rules base, the restored version is abandoned and the current version of the rules base remains active.
