Suspend a Broadcast Survey

You may want to stop sending a survey while it is sending or preparing to send. You can temporarily stop a survey from sending by suspending it.

1. From the Delivery tab of an open survey, click Suspend.
   Note: This button appears only when a survey is in the process of sending.
   The Confirm Suspend message opens asking you to confirm that you want to suspend the survey.
2. Click Yes to confirm suspending the survey.

Results:

The status changes to Suspended and the Delivery Status section displays the number of audience members the survey was already sent and delivered to.
