Managing B2C dashboard widgets
You can manage the look of the home page and select what widgets to display.
Note: You can click Save layout to save any changes you make to the dashboard.
Adding widgets
You can add widgets to the dashboard based on your needs and the analytics data you want to review.
Widget types
You have the option of adding curated widgets or custom widgets. Curated widgets are ready-to-use widgets that are created with a set of pre-configured metrics. Custom widgets are created without any pre-configured metrics. You will need to select the metrics you want to add to the widget.
Curated widgets
Each widget comes with the following curated options.
One time campaigns: Displays either Open rate and Click rate or Revenue and Customer count.
Recurring campaigns: Pre-configured with one of the following metrics: Open rate, Click rate, Click to open rate, or Bounce rate.
In-store vs online: Shows a comparison of either Revenue or Orders.
Engagement by channel: Pre-configured to display engagement with all marketing channels.
Comparative Trends: Pre-configured to display comparisons of metrics. You can compare Purchasing , Customer status, Cross metrics and Campaign performance metrics of your choice.
Top products: Pre-configured to display the top products based on Average order value, Orders, Returns or Revenue.

To add a widget to the dashboard:
- Click the navigation menu in the bottom-right corner
- Select Home.
- In the top-right corner, click + Add widget. Available widgets to add will display.
- Click to select the type of widget to add: One time campaigns, Recurring campaigns, Engagement by channel, Comparative trends, In-store vs online, or Top products..
- Click Add
to select a curated or custom widget type. The Engagement by channel widget does not have a custom widget option.
- A curated widget will be added according to the selection you make.
- A custom widget will be added in edit mode. Configure the widget based on your needs and click Apply to create the widget.
- Add as many widgets as you need. When you have finished adding widgets, click Done.
The widget will be added to the bottom of the dashboard.
You can rearrange the widget from the bottom of the page by dragging and dropping it to another position on the dashboard.
Removing widgets
Note: You cannot remove the Key metrics widget.
To remove a widget:
- Click the Action menu
for the widget.
- Select Delete. A confirmation message will display.
- Confirm the deletion and click Delete.
Rearranging widgets
To rearrange a widget:
- Click and hold the widget name to select it.
- Drag and drop the widget where you want to place it.
- To save your changes, click Save layout.
Note: You can rearrange all widgets on the page with the exception of the Key metrics widget. However, you can rearrange individual metrics in the Key metrics widget by dragging and dropping them around the widget.
Editing widgets
You can edit the title, metrics, and time period options of widgets.
To edit the Key metrics widget:
- Click the customization gear
. The Customize Key metrics window opens.
- Use the checkboxes to select the metrics to add to the widget. A minimum of six metrics must be selected and you can display a maximum of 12. Each metric has a full description. If needed, use the search field.
- When done, click Apply.
To edit the other widgets:
- Click the Action menu
for the widget.
- Click Edit.
- Make changes as necessary to the widget.
Widget title
Update the widget name. The widget title must be 1 or more characters, up to a maximum of 50. Use only letters (a–z and A–Z), numbers (0–9), underscores (_), hyphens (-), and spaces. The first character cannot be a space. The title cannot duplicate an existing widget title.
Metric type
Select the metrics to include in the widget. To see descriptions of metrics, review B2C Dashboard metrics.
Note: You cannot edit the metrics for the Engagement by channel.
Manage the time period options for the widget.
Look back time
Manage the look back time for the data in the widget.
- In-store vs online: Last 90 days or Last 180 days.
- Engagement by channel: Last 90 days or Last 180 days.
Time period
Manage the time period for the data in the widget.
- Top Products: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, or Last 30 days.
- Recurring campaigns: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, or Last 30 days.
- Comparative Trends: Daily (last 14 days ) or Weekly (last 90 days).
Grouped
Select how to group the data in aggregated time periods.
- Engagement by channel: Bi-weekly or Monthly.
- In-store vs online: Weekly or Bi-weekly.
