Installing the Oracle Unity - Eloqua connector app

Install the Oracle Unity - Eloqua Connector app in your Eloqua instance. After installing the Oracle Unity app, your marketing users will have access to the feeder service from Eloqua multi-step campaigns and the decisions service from Eloqua programs.

Note: The decision service was released in the Oracle Eloqua 24C (24.08) release. If you previously had the app installed, you will need to reinstall it to use to the decision service.

After you complete the installation of the Oracle Unity app, field mapping will be automatically set up between Oracle Unity and Eloqua. This will link Oracle Unity attributes to Eloqua contact fields.

To install the Oracle Unity app:

  1. Follow the URL provided.

  2. Log in with your Eloqua credentials, if required.

    Important: Because deleting or deactivating the installer user account will impact installed apps, we recommend installing apps using a user account that is not tied to a specific person. The user account must have customer administrator rights.

  3. Click Accept and Install to add the app to your Apps list.
  4. When prompted, provide your Oracle Unity Host Name and click Save. You can find the host name from your Oracle Unity service instance details.
  5. On the Oracle Unity login page, enter your Oracle Unity credentials. This will complete the installation of the app and field mapping between Oracle Unity and Eloqua.

After installing the Oracle Unity app, the feeder and decision services will be available for use in Eloqua.
