Oracle Unity decision service

The Oracle Unity decision service allows you to make decisions within Oracle Eloqua programs using Oracle Unity Customer 360 profile data. The decision service is included when you install the Oracle Unity - Eloqua Connector app.

Example: You may want to direct contacts through an Eloqua program whose opportunity score (data available with Oracle Unity) is greater than 65.

First, install the Oracle Unity - Eloqua Connector app in Eloqua. The decision service was released in the Oracle Eloqua 24C 24.08 release. If you previously had the app installed, you will need to reinstall it to have access to the decision service. Then create a contact program in Eloqua with the Unity decision service configured with all the required details. The decision service is configured based on ID graph rule and subrule criteria configured within Unity, such as checking the score for a given contact or the value of a Unity intelligent attribute for a given account.

Note : The decision service configuration supports the selection of contact field values as well as Eloqua campaign values. When campaign value are selected, if the contacts do not enter the program from a campaign, the campaign field value will always be empty.
