epmautomate deletePOV APPLICATION_NAME POV_NAME stringDelimiter="DELIMITER", where:

APPLICATION_NAME is the name of the Profitability and Cost Management application that contains the POV to be deleted.
POV_NAME is the name of the POV to be deleted. This value is required.
stringDelimiter="DELIMITER" specifies the delimiter used in POV values. Delimiter must be enclosed in double quotation marks.
