Use the information in this section to resolve issues enabling AI.

Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, FreeForm, Planning (all application types), Sales Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Tax Reporting.

Enabling AI for Insights and Advanced Predictions

• The Generative AI feature is not yet available in all OCI realms. To view the realms where it is available, refer to Availability of Generative AI in the Operations Guide. If AI isn’t available in your realm, then the Enable AI option is not displayed.

• The Enable AI option is available only for EPM Enterprise subscriptions and when Hybrid mode is enabled. For more information, see Considerations for IPM Insights in Administering Planning.

• Enable AI for Advanced Predictions is available only for Planning (all application types) and FreeForm.
