Getting Help
If the preceding tips do not resolve your issue, seek help from Oracle by creating a technical service request that describes the problem and the steps you completed to resolve it. See Submitting a Technical Service Request. The service request must contain the following additional information:
- Screenshots of any errors displayed.
- A list of the roles and privileges assigned to the Integration User.
- Did this issue start after the latest monthly update?
- Specify whether this is a critical outage.
