Getting Help

If the preceding tips do not resolve your issue, seek help from Oracle by creating a technical service request that describes the problem and the steps you completed to resolve it. See Submitting a Technical Service Request. The service request must contain the following additional information:

  • Screenshots of any errors displayed.
  • A list of the roles and privileges assigned to the Integration User.
  • Did this issue start after the latest monthly update?
  • Specify whether this is a critical outage.
