Requesting a Reset of Service
If your environment is not performing well, Oracle recommends that you issue the resetService EPM Automate command or the Restart the Service Instance (v2) REST API to reset the service.
If you are unable to reset the service yourself, request Oracle to reset the service by completing these steps:
- Create a Provide Feedback submission from the environment that you want Oracle to reset. See Creating a Provide Feedback Submission.
- Create a technical service request that identifies the Provide Feedback reference number. See Submitting a Technical Service Request. In the service request, specify the reason why you want Oracle to reset the service.
