Enabling and Disabling Rules

You can enable or disable multiple rules at one time. This feature is useful if you need to enable a number of rules at once, or make other changes that will affect the validity of enabled rules.

To enable or disable rules:

1. From the Home page, select Modeling, and then Designer.

2. Click the Mass Edit tab.

3. Optional: Refine the rules displayed by searching for and filtering rules. See Filtering Which Rules Are Displayed.

4. Select the rules that you want to enable or disable, or select the checkbox by Name to select all the rules displayed on the Mass Edit tab after any filters have been applied.

5. Click More Actions, and then select either Enable or Disable.

6. Optional: Go to the Jobs console and verify that the rules were successfully enabled or disabled.

   The job you is displayed in the Jobs console with a "Completed" or "Completed with Errors" status. You can select the job to see details about the job and troubleshoot any errors that may have occurred. See Viewing Rules Jobs.
