Search for Fusion Inventory in Debrief

As a mobile worker, you can search and use Fusion inventory directly from the Debrief page. Access is limited to your assigned stocking locations based on your resource profile. The app uses locally loaded data, supporting searches and installations in both online and offline modes—changes sync automatically when you reconnect.

  1. Sign in to Oracle Fusion Field Service.
  2. Open Resource Info and verify that your Stocking Locations are displayed.
  3. Open the activity and go to Debrief.
  4. In the Debrief page, search for items by:
    1. Item number
    2. Item description
    3. Serial number
  5. From the results, select the needed items and install them into the service work order.
  6. Submit Debrief.

    Installed items display in the Service Work Order debrief within Fusion. When you record usage, the system automatically deducts the quantity from the available balance.

    Note:
    • Fusion inventories don't appear on the Field Service Inventory page.

    • Offline searches and installations sync upon reconnection.
