    Field Name Action
Label Add a label for the location.
Address Enter the address of the location.
City Enter the city in which the address is located.

    Location is private

When selected, this setting hides the location from the Dispatch Console and Route Map. Only the logged-in field resource sees this location on their Route Map. This setting helps protect home addresses or other sensitive locations. If this option is selected, the Start or End locations don't appear on the Dispatch Console or Route Map for other users. However, the resource still sees their own location when logged in.

  5. Enter the values for the custom travel keys, if any.
You can use this field if you've created custom activity properties on the resource location to store the travel key to use with the ‘Calculate travel’ feature.
  6. Click Add.

The location is added to the Resource Locations list on the Locations page.
