Configure User Types

The User Types page allows administrators to manage permissions and restrictions for all users within the application. This feature allows you to define user types that align with your organization’s existing business roles, ensuring that each user has the appropriate access and capabilities needed for their responsibilities.

Using the User Types page, you can create new user types, modify existing ones, or delete those that are no longer required. Each user must be assigned exactly one user type, which dictates their access level and restrictions within the system. Additionally, you can duplicate existing user type configurations to streamline the creation of similar roles, saving time and ensuring consistency across configurations.
