Configure Calendar Availability for a Maintenance Resource

Configure calendar availability for a maintenance labor resource so that Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance can use the resource availability when scheduling maintenance work orders and operations.

Use the Field Resources page to open a maintenance resource and configure its calendar availability. You can configure availability settings such as work schedules, shifts, custom working time, and non-working time.

  1. Navigate to the Field Resources page.
  2. Find and open the maintenance resource that you want to configure.
  3. Configure the required calendar availability.

    You can configure one or more of the following availability settings:

    • Work schedules
    • Shifts
    • Custom working time
    • Non-working time

  4. Save your changes.

Results:

The configured availability is available to Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance for scheduling maintenance work orders and operations.
