A channel is the one on which you deploy a skill. It carries the chat back and forth
from users on various messaging platforms to the digital assistant and its various skill
bots. For Oracle Field Service you create a channel using Oracle Web. Oracle
Web is a widget that comes with the Digital Assistant Client SDK and lets you run a skill in
a web page.

Log in to Oracle Digital Assistant.

Use the values given in this table to configure the channel:

Click Create Channel.

Note down the Secret Key and the Channel ID generated on this page.

On the channel page, under Channels in the left pane,
select the skill you have imported.

Toggle the Channel Enabled button and enable the
channel.

Note down the Channel ID for future reference.
