View Activities Canceled Through the Where is My Technician Page
This feature enables administrators and dispatchers to identify when a customer cancels an activity directly from the Where is My Technician (WMT) tracking page. The cancellation is clearly marked in the activity’s historical records, allowing operations teams to differentiate between cancellations initiated internally and those triggered by customers. When your customer cancels an activity through the Where is My Technician page, you can determine that it is canceled by your customer, on the Activity details page.
