Add Resources to Collaboration Groups
You must assign the users to a collaboration group to gain the permissions defined for that group:
- Go to .
- Select a User Type and identify the user to add to collaboration group.
- Search for and click the resource name.
- Click Information on the resource details page.
- In the Collaboration Group field select the available collaboration groups and click Select.
- In the Operator of Helpdesk field select one or more helpdesks if the user has to act as operator for those helpdesks.
- Click Submit to save the changes.
