You can enable Oracle Fusion Service to Oracle Fusion Field Service Integration in Oracle Integration.

This feature includes these improvements:

  • Unify the configuration of the Applications and Outbound Integration Channels pages.
  • New look and feel for the Applications page (previously Outbound Channel Configuration).
  • Ability to configure Oracle Fusion Service from Oracle Fusion Field Service.
    Note: If you have implemented the Oracle Fusion Inventory Management accelerator for Oracle Fusion Field Service, you can continue to use it for broader integration scenarios. For searching and installing Fusion inventory into service work orders, use the native integration based on Service Logistics stocking locations.
