Verify Oracle Fusion Service Application Prerequisites

Use the Confirm Prerequisites dialog box to verify that the required Oracle Fusion Service setup is complete before you configure an Oracle Fusion Service and Service Logistics application in Oracle Field Service. Oracle Field Service displays this dialog box during setup and maintenance actions for Oracle Fusion Service integrations. The dialog box helps administrators review required prerequisite tasks and access the related Oracle Fusion Service documentation before continuing.

Before You Begin

Before you configure the application, complete the required setup tasks in Oracle Fusion Service:

  1. Sign in to Oracle Field Service as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Applications page.
  3. Perform one of these actions:
    • Add a new Oracle Fusion Service and Service Logistics application
    • Retry a failed application configuration
    • Reconfigure an existing Oracle Fusion Service application
    • Modify an existing Oracle Fusion Service application
  4. In the Confirm Prerequisites dialog box, review the listed Oracle Fusion Service prerequisite tasks.
  5. Click the documentation links in the dialog box to verify that the required setup is complete.
  6. Complete any missing prerequisite tasks in Oracle Fusion Service.
  7. Return to Oracle Field Service and continue the application configuration.
Note: The Confirm Prerequisites dialog box does not automatically complete the Oracle Fusion Service setup tasks. It is recommended that you complete all prerequisite setup tasks before continuing with the application configuration.
