Set Up Oracle Field Service to Enable the Integration

You can configure Oracle Field Service — IOTCS integration using the following procedure. To enable this integration, you must first configure IOT and then set upOracle Field Service.

Follow these steps to set up Oracle Field Service for this integration:

• Create new activity type for this integration.

• Create properties for the new activity type.

• Configure Mobility for new activity.
