You can access the item catalogs in Oracle Fusion Service and Service Logistics
directly, without connecting to Oracle Integration. When you connect directly, Oracle Fusion Field Service checks the item catalogs and creates or updates catalogs in
Oracle Fusion Field Service as they're created or updated in Oracle Fusion
Service and Service Logistics.

Click Add Application.

Complete these fields:
- Application Type: Select Oracle Fusion Service
and Service Logistics.
- Application Name: Enter a name for Oracle Fusion
Service and Service Logistics that will be displayed in Oracle Fusion Field Service.
- URL: Enter the URL to access Oracle Fusion
Service and Service Logistics.
- Username and Password: Enter the username and
password to access Oracle Fusion Service and Service Logistics. The user
must have the IT_SECURITY_MANAGER role and include the privileges to set
up and maintain applications, set up service, and Service Work
Order.
- Parts Catalogs: Select the Use Fusion
catalogs check box.

To test the connection, click Test Connection.

Click Add.
Oracle Fusion Field Service is connected to Oracle Fusion Service and
Service Logistics and has access to the parts catalogs. The next step is to
register the required parts catalogs. For more information about registering a
