Import User Login History

The Import User Login History task runs a process that imports information about user access from Oracle Fusion Applications to the Oracle Fusion Applications Security tables. This information is required to generate the Inactive Users Report, showing the users who have been inactive for a specified period. In order to ensure that the Inactive Users Report remains up-to-date, the recommendation is to schedule this process to run daily.

Follow these steps to perform the Import User Login History task:

  1. Sign in to your Oracle Applications Cloud environment as an implementation user.
  2. Click Navigator > My Enterprise > Setup and Maintenance.
  3. Ensure that Field Service is selected in the Setup field in the header.
  4. Click Users and Security in the Functional Areas section. If you don't see this task, click All Tasks.
  5. Click Import User Login History.
  6. Click Advanced.
  7. On the Schedule tab, set the Run option to Using a schedule.
  8. Set the Frequency to Daily and Days Between Runs to 1.
  9. Enter start and end dates and times.
  10. To get notified about the results of the process, select the Notify me when this process ends checkbox.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. Click OK to close the confirmation message, after which you return to the Functional Areas task list.
