Launch the Android App Using a Direct Link

You can launch the Oracle Field Service for Android app from a browser using a direct URL.

• Click a URL such as <environment_name>.fs.ocs.oraclecloud.com.
• If the Android app is installed, it opens.
• If you already have an active session, you're logged in automatically, even if you last opened the app using the app icon.
  Note: Closing the app or clearing it from memory may not end the session.
• If you don't have an active session, the Login page appears. If your URL includes a Login Policy label, you’ll see the Login page specific to that policy.
• If you click a link for a different environment than the one you’re currently logged into, the new environment opens only if there is no active session for the previous environment.

Note: Mobile workers using Android Auto or Apple CarPlay must have an active route and location permissions enabled for route and activity information to appear on the vehicle interface. For more information, see Using Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
