Preview Images from the Collaboration Window

You can preview the image files directly from the Collaboration window during the chat when you send or receive images.

To preview images:

  1. From your device, sign in to Oracle Field Service as Mobile Worker or Helpdesk User.
  2. Navigate to the Collaboration Window, open a conversation to start sharing or receiving an image.
  3. Click the message containing an image to see the preview.
  4. In addition to preview, you can also perform the following tasks with the images:
    Task Description
    Zoom in/Zoom out Use the Zoom slider This image shows the Zoom icon. to zoom in or zoom out the image.
    Rotate the image orientation Use the Rotate This image shows the rotate icon. icon to rotate the image to view the image in different orientations.
    Download image Use the Download This image shows the download icon./> to download the image, if required, directly from the preview window. This option is only available when you're a receiver.
