View the Notification Summary Report

The Notification Summary report summarizes the status of the messages sent to customers during the reporting period.

To view the Notification Summary report:
  1. Select the Navigation button.
  2. Select Notification Summary from the navigation pane.

    The Notification Summary reports include all messages of any status excluding new and sending that were sent by any method available (voice, e-mail, external system, manual, etc.).

  3. Click View and set filters to view messages sent on a certain day or under a particular scenario.
