The Notification Summary report summarizes
the status of the messages sent to customers during the reporting
period.
To view the Notification Summary report:
- Select the Navigation button.
- Select Notification Summary from
the navigation pane.
The Notification Summary reports include
all messages of any status excluding new and sending that were sent by any method available (voice,
e-mail, external system, manual, etc.).
This figure shows the Notification Summary report displaying
the summary of message statuses sent to customers.

- Click View and set filters to view
messages sent on a certain day or under a particular scenario.
