Search the Messages Report With Work Order Number

The Messages report for Message Scenarios has been improved for better customer experience.

To view the Messages report:

1. Click Dashboard to open the Dashboard.
2. Click Notification Summary.

Results:

The Messages report has been improved with these enhancements

• A Work Order column has been added showing the number (appt_number) associated with the activity and message scenario. Now you can identify the message scenario associated with a work order. Messages report shows the Work Order number column:

• The Messages report is searchable by work order number. You can now search using the work order number.

• If you get the message "Maximum export limit (25,000) records exceeded, change the parameters and press apply to export report." when you try to export more than 25,000 records.
