Viewing Rulesets

From the Configurable Consolidation page, you can view rulesets and rules.

You can also deploy and undeploy rulesets, duplicate, delete, export, and import rulesets and rules. See these topics:

To access the Configurable Consolidation page:

  1. On the Home page, click Application and then click Consolidation.

  2. From the Consolidation Process page, select the Consolidated tab, and then select Configurable Consolidation.

To view the rulesets by Status, select the appropriate option from the Status drop-down list:

  • All Rules

    This option displays all rulesets. If a ruleset has been deployed and then changed but not yet redeployed, the Changed status icon is displayed next to the ruleset name.

    You can open and view any of the displayed rulesets.

    System rulesets: You can view, duplicate, deploy and undeploy.

    Non-system rulesets and rules: You can view, modify, duplicate, deploy and undeploy.

    If you open a Changed ruleset, the changes not yet deployed are displayed and you can make additional changes.

    If you open and modify a deployed and not changed ruleset, a "changed" copy of the ruleset is created when saved.

  • Deployed

    This option displays all deployed rulesets. If a ruleset has been deployed and then changed but not yet redeployed, the Deployed status icon is displayed next to the ruleset name and the details of the deployed ruleset are displayed.

    You cannot make any changes to deployed rulesets in this view. To modify a ruleset that has been deployed, open the ruleset in the All Rules view.

    You can undeploy rulesets from this view.

  • Undeployed

    This option displays all rulesets that are not deployed. If a ruleset is undeployed and then changed, the status icon remains unchanged.

    You can deploy rulesets from this view.

  • Changed After Deploy

    This option displays all rulesets that have been deployed and then changed but not yet redeployed. The details of the rulesets and rules reflect the changes made since the previous deployment. You can make additional changes in this view.

    You can deploy changes to rulesets and rules from this view. If the changes are not deployed, then the previously deployed version will remain active.
