Set Up Oracle Joint Venture Management Users

Joint Venture Management tasks in Functional Setup Manager are visible to users who don’t have privileges to use the tasks. However, the tasks aren't functional for users unless they have the proper role and privileges. If a user without the appropriate privileges tries to use them, they are returned to the home page.
