1) Expense Report Level (EXM_EXPENSE_REPORTS)

2) Expense Level(EXM_EXPENSES) with this filter condition (ITEMIZATION_PARENT_EXPENSE_ID <> -1)

3) Expense Violation and Distribution Level (EXM_EXPENSE_VIOLATIONS and (EXM_EXPENSE_DISTS).
