Roles for AI Apps Users

You can manage additional users and assign them to specific roles through the IDCS console for the AI Apps service. The roles determine which tasks users can perform in the application.

This table describes the roles that you can assign and the privileges associated with them.

Role	Privileges	Description
Adaptive Intelligent ERP Payables Discounts Read Only	View early payment discounts View campaigns	Views supplier categorizations and supplier details, such as early payment discount enrollments.
Adaptive Intelligent ERP Payables Discounts Manager	Manage early payment discounts Manage campaigns	Manages user tasks, such as identifying and enrolling suppliers into early payment programs.
Adaptive Intelligent ERP Payables Administrator	Manage connections Manage early payment discounts Manage campaigns Manage settings	Manages all activities related to the administration and setup of AI Apps for ERP, such as setting up connections and business policies.
