About Format Rules in Forms
You can define format rules for a form at design time, which enables users to view formatting at runtime when custom styles are applied to the form.

Sample scenarios that can be addressed using format rules are described in Format Rule Scenarios.
Defining format rules involves these main tasks:
-
Identifying the cells or location that you want to display with formatting
-
Creating the format rule at the location identified
-
Applying styles at runtime
