Why can't I find users in the Knowledge Users UI?
If you are unable to search for a user in the Knowledge Users UI, ensure that you have:
- Created the user with the required Knowledge role. For more information, see What are the predefined knowledge roles?.
- Added the Resource role to the knowledge user.
