Configure Rich Text Editor

You can configure the rich text editor used for authoring articles. The tools enabled here are available for authors in the authoring tool.

Use this procedure to configure the rich text editor:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Knowledge Authoring Rich Text Editor task:
   • Offering: Service
   • Functional Area: Knowledge Management
   • Task: Manage Knowledge Authoring Rich Text Editor
2. Select the Department.
3. Configure the required editor tools.
4. Click Save.
