Add Plans

Here's how you add a plan to a help desk request request.

  1. Navigate to the Help Desk request Details page for the request to which you want to add a plan.

  2. In the Action Bar, enter Add Action Plan and press Enter.

    You can also select it from the suggested actions in the Action Bar.

    The list of available plans is displayed in the Action Bar.

  3. From the drop-down list, select a plan.

    You can also search for the plan name.

    The selected plan is displayed in the Pending or Recommendation region.
