Browse Popular Articles

The Browse Popular Articles section on the My Help page displays articles that are popular with other users.

Use the arrow icon to scroll through popular articles or click on one of the articles to view the details.

The details page of the selected article. User can rate the article, go back, or use the Create Request button to create a new request.

If you choose to create a new request, the category and product of the new request defaults to the same category as the article.
