Perform Other Actions

Here are other actions you can perform using the Action Bar.

Action	Description
Search Knowledge	Searches the knowledge database and displays the results in a new browser tab that includes the Title and Reference Number.
Resolve Help Desk Request	Lets you resolve a help desk request. Note: The Action Bar displays the Resolve Service Request action in the suggested actions even when you enter these synonyms for resolve: close, complete.
Copy Help Desk Request	Lets you copy an existing help desk request to quickly create a new help desk request, when most of the information is the same. Note: The Action Bar displays the Copy Service Request action in the suggested actions even when you enter these synonyms for copy: clone, duplicate.
Transfer Help Desk Request	Lets you transfer Help Desk Requests to a member of the current queue, a specific person, or to another queue.
