Search Help Desk Request

If you don't see the request you're looking for in the list on the My Help page, you can do a more detailed search. Here's how:

Let's search for all my requests about commission.

Enter "commission" in the search bar and click the search icon.

The returned results shows a list of all your requests containing the word commission. In addition the related knowledge articles are shown after the request list.

Remember you can always narrow the search by hovering over the filters below the search bar and removing them.

If you want to see details of one of your requests, click the name of the request.
