Update Team

Here you can add team members who can view and work on the help desk request.

  1. In the Team section, click Add Team Member.

  2. Select a team member from the drop-down list.

  3. To delete a resource, click on the trash can icon for the selected resource.

  4. To assign the help desk request to a team member, click the Assign To radio button.
    Note:

    A request can be assigned to only one resource.
